Yachiyo México Manufacturing is a prominent company in the automotive sector, recognized for its commitment to quality and innovation in the manufacturing of automotive components. Given the high demand and precision demanded by this industry, the company always seeks to stay at the technological forefront to ensure efficiency and safety in its operations. Yachiyo México Manufacturing, had an ERP in an obsolete version, which implied computer security risks. In addition, they did not have implemented many modules required for daily operation, necessary to efficiently control from a powerful and reliable ERP. For this reason, they took on the task of searching the market for an ERP that could provide these solutions and decided to implement Infor LN Cloud Suite Automotive, since it seemed to them to be the ideal ERP for the needs of their daily operation, with the reliability that it requires. the automotive sector due to its demand and delicacy. With this implementation, they were able to integrate the master planning (MRP) modules and their EDI to Infor LN, achieving greater control and projection of their shipments. In addition, it was possible to automate requests and purchase orders in their entire flow and authorizations. Previously, this was done manually on paper, thus eliminating the use of natural resources and streamlining the process. In the financial area, they managed to implement the budget and fixed asset control modules, crucial elements in the management of resources and the operation of Yachiyo México.
