2. Planning and Design:
o Scope Definition: Establish the scope of the project, including specific Infor LN modules to implement. o Process Design: Design workflows and processes that will align with Infor LN capabilities. o Customization and Configuration: Determine necessary customizations and configure Infor LN according to customer requirements.
3. Implementation and Development:

4. Testing and Validation:
